Ordering Policy

All orders, refunds, and modifications are governed by the florist’s business policy.

Quality Policy  

One of our values is quality and we place this at the forefront of our service. Our vendors are required to maintain a satisfactory rating to partner with us and maintain their partnership. We continually monitor customer feedback and address quality concerns with our flower shop owners directly. 

Substitution Policy

The floral arrangement you purchase may not always be an exact replica of what is pictured and occasionally substitutions of flowers, vases or bases are needed. Each florist will ensure that the arrangement you’ve selected is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or greater value.

Delivery Policy

We allow our network of florists to develop their own delivery fee structure. Our partners may experience high demands around various holidays and we recommend that your orders be placed in advance to avoid delays.

Same Day Delivery Policy

Orders must be placed by 2:30PM PST Monday thru Friday and 12PM PST Saturdays & Sundays to be eligible for same day delivery. Florists’ driver availability may impact the actual delivery. Orders received after the cut off times will be delivered the following day.

PLEASE NOTE: Not all of our florists are available on Sundays.
